Mr. Reddy founded Unifi Capital in 2001 and has since served as the firm’s Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer.

As CIO, he chairs Unifi’s investment committee and leads the portfolio management teams. With over three decades of experience, Mr. Reddy has been instrumental in defining and promoting the group’s investment philosophy, particularly its GARP (Growth at a Reasonable Price) approach, which continues to be the foundation of the Unifi Group’s strategy. He began his career at Standard Chartered Bank, Mumbai in the early 90s.

Sunil is a veteran in the Financial services sector with an illustrious career spread over 4 decades. He began his career with United India Insurance and later moved to SBI, Amex, Bank of America and finally to Sundaram AMC where he held various positions across multiple functions. He was appointed as CEO in 2015 and MD in 2018 which he held till his superannuation in June 2024.

Sunil holds an MBA degree from OUBS, London & Master of Science (Chemistry) from IIT – M. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers & Certified Treasury Manager (CTM) by ICFAI.

Ranjit Punja has 35 years of experience in banking and financial services. He has held various positions in Citi Bank globally, primarily heading the collection function for the consumer business in 53 countries. He co-founded CreditMantri, a technology-driven online credit management service provider. As a founding member of the team, he held the responsibility of managing the credit, key relationships and corporate strategies of the company.

He is also an Executive Director at M/s. Lamak Agrisol Private Limited, wherein Mr. Ranjit provides marketing assistance and promotes the adoption of new technologies to improve financial gain for small farmers.

Philip has 25+ years experience in advising on transactions in various industry sectors including Power and Utilities, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure. His expertise covers originating and executing transactions for clients across domestic and cross-border M&A deals, private placements and debt financing.

Philip is currently an Executive Director in International Infrastructure Consultants Pvt Ltd (IIC). Prior to co-founding IIC, he was a Vice-President with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein’s (DrKW).

Philip earned an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and is a qualified Chartered Accountant in India.

George heads the AMC as its CEO, overseeing the company’s business operations. He has 22+ years of experience in wealth management at HSBC, Morgan Stanley, and 360One. He holds an MBA in General Management from California State University- Sacramento and a BTech in Production Engineering from the University of Kerala.

Partha is a Chartered Accountant. He brings 14+ years of experience in mutual fund compliance, having earlier been part of Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company Limited & Tata Asset Management Company Limited, thereby enhancing Unifi AMC’s regulatory adherence capabilities.

Anuradha is a seasoned professional with more than 32 years of experience in the mutual fund industry. A Science graduate, she has developed a well-rounded career in client service and regulatory compliance. Prior to her role at Unifi AMC, Anu was entrusted with critical responsibilities across premier institutions such as HDFC AMC, Franklin Templeton, and Unit Trust of India, contributing significantly to their service and compliance frameworks.

Her deep expertise in client engagement, operational efficiency, and regulatory frameworks uniquely positions her to strengthen Unifi AMC’s service benchmarks and ensure seamless adherence to industry standards.

Vigneshwaran R has more than ten years of experience across Fund Accounting, SEBI compliance, Finance & Accounts, Audits, Advising on GST matters, Start-up consulting, and enterprise-wide risk assessment. Previously he was associated with Unifi Capital leading AIF operations and before that role he led the business & operations of leading audit firm where he successfully established new ventures, built high-performing teams, and driven regulatory excellence. He brings a blend of strategic foresight and technical depth to managing operational, financial, and investment risks. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, holds a PGDM in Business Analytics, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration.

Arun has more than eight years of experience in capital markets research, corporate finance, auditing, operational efficiency, and IT and technology. Previously, he held the position of Assistant Vice President of Projects at Unifi Capital, where he concentrated on enhancing operational efficiency and advancing technological processes. Before this role, Arun was a Senior Manager in Research and Fund Management at Unifi Capital, co-managing a Category III High Yield Alternative Investment Fund in collaboration with the senior fund manager. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Sundaresh brings 25+ years of IT experience, notably overseeing IT and compliance for Northern Arc Capital Limited, an RBI-regulated NBFC in Chennai. His expertise in RBI IT compliance, positions him well to ensure adherence to SEBI’s IT guidelines.

Venkat is a Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience in the mutual fund industry. Prior to his current role at Unifi AMC, he was employed at Sundaram Asset Management Company Limited, where he managed key responsibilities, such as transfer agent operations and the monitoring of custodial and fund accounting operations.

Earlier he has worked as an Analyst in the Institutional Investor Advisory Services Firm and Edelweiss Asset Management Limited.

A Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in across functions like fund management, research, risk management & audit. Over the last 4 years, Karthik has been co-managing debt strategies at Unifi group in its PMS division. He was responsible for identifying high-yield fixed income and hybrid opportunities, evaluation and monitoring. Earlier, he was part of The Sanmar Group, working in their Founders’ Office and with Deloitte in their Risk Advisory practice.

Aman is the dedicated fund manager for overseas securities. With extensive experience in international markets, Aman is responsible for driving the fund’s overseas investment strategy, focusing on high-growth opportunities across the USA, Europe, and Japan. Aman’s career began with a rotation through corporate finance, private equity, and private credit, equipping him with a diverse skill set. Prior to his current role, he served as a manager in Unifi’s G20 Portfolio, a fund & PMS based in GIFT City, where he managed international equities across major global markets. His deep international exposure, combined with a robust research background, enables Aman to bring unique insights and strategic direction to the Unifi FlexiCap Fund.

Aman is a graduate of Lehigh University, USA (dual degrees: BSc Finance & BSc Economics) and UWC Atlantic College, U.K. (I.B). He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Arpit is a Chartered Accountant and CFA Level 2 candidate with experience in capital markets, auditing, and taxation. His previous roles in risk and project management have given him a strong understanding of financial systems and operational strategies.

Arpit has been with the Unifi group since 2023, handling multiple projects. He has also been associated with the Risk function at Unifi Mutual Fund since its inception.

Ruchit is an engineer by qualification along with a minor in Finance from BITS Pilani, has cleared CFA Level 1, and holds the FinExpert certification by Finnacle Institute.

He brings a multidisciplinary approach to research, combining his technical background with financial insight. His experience at Deutsche Bank provided him exposure to global markets, strengthening his analytical skills and sectoral understanding.

At Unifi, Ruchit contributes to thematic idea generation and fundamental research across core industrial sectors, supporting the team with deep-dive analysis and bottom-up insights.

Kaushal is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and a B.Com graduate with diverse experience in Auditing, Taxation, Financial Reporting and Compliance of 4 Years, including a leadership position of 2 years in an audit firm.

At Unifi, Kaushal brings a flair of critical thinking and an analytical approach to research, along with showcasing analytical depth, market awareness and risk assessment in capital markets.

Earlier at Unifi Mutual Fund, Kaushal was actively involved in the risk management function as a Deputy Risk Manager, where he was involved in the process of fund launches of all three funds of Unifi Mutual Fund, which helped him gain immense experience in handling the risk function. He is also pursuing an MBA in Financial Management.
